The CSI Service Desk is available for customers seven days per week, from 8AM to 8PM. Cases submitted through the CSI Support Portal are assigned individual case numbers, and managed by a trained Product Specialist until resolved. Resolution may include support via phone, email or remote access according to Service Level Agreement. In cases were further escalation is required, assigned Project Specialist will manage the case until fully resolved.
Apart from Phone and Email Support, our Managed Support Plans include live remote support with our I.T. experts, preventive Application Maintenance, Training, System Health Checks and a Dedicated Account Manager.
